  1. This is my favourite workout. I have changed it a bit..I do Burpees, Ab wheel rollouts, Goblet squats, and finally lungees. While skipping I always try to put some double unders in the routine..it kills me but it's always my first workout of the day. If by any chance I'm not able to workout, at least I got this one done… greetings from Portugal.
