  1. Love that rainbow cup! I drink my coffee cold by its self. Wow! I didn't know table sugar did all that in the morning in coffee. I don't think I drink that much water but I'm trying lol
    Very informative video! I'm in the process of getting abs back from having a baby! This food plan should help.

  2. I feel like I do the same thing with water, I try to make it a challenge! I am so much better at my work desk than at home, so I need to get better at that. I only recently started getting into eggs (I know, I know it was a life long challenge LOL) but I like the idea of them on toast! I also take a women's multivitamin and I swear by it! I get sick a lot less. I love tuna salads – yum!

  3. I was 11 minutes in until i realized okay is the key word here I had to restart and see how many times you say it. Girl 55 times! I was cheering you on at 47 saying please make it to 50 please make it! Haha love your videos girl. You had alot of good foods here!

    I love watching What I Eat In A Day videos just because I find it interesting how different people with the same goals nourish their bodies. Our “diets” are very different from each other but I 100% agree that no matter what you eat you should always listen to your body!!
    And all your meals look really delicious 😋
